These terms describe use of OTPINB, maintained by the OTPINB Team. Use the service lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Questions can be sent through Contact.

Accounts and access

Keep your account credentials and mailbox access links secure. Use only accounts and systems you are authorized to access. Google sign-in and optional Telegram linking involve separate providers and their terms. A mailbox credential and a web-account login provide different access; possessing a public address does not establish ownership of a web account.

Public mailboxes and temporary storage

New mailboxes under the public configuration are readable by anyone who knows their full address, including mailboxes created by Premium members. Do not use them for confidential information, important recovery messages or situations requiring exclusive access. Legacy access rules may differ.

Mailbox availability, public lookup access, stored-message retention and the sender's verification-code expiry are separate. Free Inbox and Sent records use 1-day retention; active Premium uses 30 days from arrival or creation. After natural Premium expiry, a 7-day cleanup protection period does not extend all Premium benefits or guarantee public lookup access. Operator-protected records can have different retention. Cleanup is periodic rather than an exact-second deletion promise. Keep your own authorized copies of information you need.

Quotas, storage limits and domain access depend on the current account and configuration. See Pricing and the limits shown in your account. Premium does not include exclusive ownership of a shared domain. Domain availability can change. Other services may reject temporary addresses, delay mail or filter outgoing messages; delivery and acceptance are not guaranteed.

Balance, Credits and Premium

Balance is the internal USD-denominated amount used to buy service products. Credits are sending units, not USD. One Credit covers one supported email send to one recipient. Mailbox gift Credits and shared account Credits are tracked separately; shared Credits require the supported opt-in workflow. Sending still requires permission and compliance with anti-abuse rules. Credits do not buy permission to send spam or guarantee inbox placement.

Premium is prepaid for the selected period. Monthly and yearly purchases provide the same listed benefits for different durations. There is no automatic renewal; purchase another period when needed. Refer to the price and duration displayed before confirming a purchase. Planned features are not included until released.

Payments and purchase refunds

NOWPayments provides hosted crypto checkout. Follow the invoice's currency, network, amount and expiry instructions. Provider and network fees or restrictions may apply. A successful return-page visit is not payment confirmation: deposits require server-side verification and reconciliation. Underpayments, overpayments and delayed payments need verified transaction accounting rather than an assumption based on a browser message.

Premium and Credits purchases are non-refundable after purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights. A failed-send credit release or correction of a duplicate or incorrect ledger entry is an accounting correction, separate from a purchase refund. Report suspected errors through Contact so they can be investigated.

The wallet is for service purchases; the site does not provide a self-service cash withdrawal feature. The purchase-refund rule above does not establish a separate refund or withdrawal policy for unused Balance. Contact us about an unsettled deposit or incorrect Balance before making further payments. Never give support a seed phrase or private key.

Availability and misuse

Temporary email is not an archival or emergency communication service. Outages, storage limits, abuse controls and third-party restrictions can affect access. We may restrict activity or access to address abuse or protect the service. Reports are assessed in context; no particular response time or recovery outcome is guaranteed. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.
