Service and account questions

Describe the feature involved, roughly when the problem happened, what you expected and the non-sensitive error message. A public help-page link is useful; a private mailbox or sign-in link is not. We may need to verify account ownership before investigating an account-specific issue.

Never send your password, access token, API key, verification code, recovery phrase, private key or signed mailbox link. Do not post full email contents or unredacted screenshots. If an investigation needs an order reference, agree on the minimum information in the private support conversation first.

Payment questions

Check the payment status and Balance in your signed-in wallet before reporting a missing deposit. Returning from checkout does not itself confirm payment. Network confirmation, provider processing and our verification can take time. Tell us whether the issue concerns a deposit, a Credits purchase or Premium access; do not send wallet credentials or payment secrets.

Premium and Credits purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. A failed-send credit release or correction of an accounting error is a separate matter; see Terms.

Privacy and abuse reports

For a privacy request, describe the category of information or action involved without including private mail. For abuse, describe the suspected conduct and enough non-sensitive context to identify the issue. Do not forward malware, exposed passwords or verification codes. Reports are reviewed in context; sending a report does not guarantee a particular enforcement result.

Support availability varies. We do not promise a response deadline, message recovery or delivery by another email provider. For urgent threats or crimes, use the appropriate emergency or legal reporting channels.
